DISTRIBUTOR INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Go to Can.Aquatrols.com/TurfBucks OR
2. Fill out top portion of form with all information requested.
3. Calculate the total number of liters for each eligible product ordered and multiply by specified dollar amount. Enter total Turf Bucks reward in box provided.
4. Check off customer’s choice of reward.  For Visa Gift cards, please indicate the name (individual or facility) that you want the card issued to. All processed cards will be shipped to the retail salesperson who will be responsible for final delivery to the end-user.  Please provide the preferred shipping address for the retail salesperson in the section marked “salesperson’s address” at the top of the form.
5. All bookings must be completed and received by Aquatrols by November 30, 2017 to qualify. 
6. All products must be shipped and invoiced to the end user and reported to via EDI to XS Inc. by May 31, 2018.
7. Please allow up to 8 weeks for processing of Turf Bucks reward post receipt of distributor EDI sales report verifying order shipment.

• Offer good on booking orders placed October 1, 2017 through November 30, 2017 and reported by May 31, 2018 only.
• Only sales of the specified products qualify under this promotion.
• Online registration or booking form must be completed and received by Aquatrols by November 30, 2017 to be eligible. Purchases made during the booking period without prior submission of a booking form or online registration will not be honored under the Turf Bucks program.
• All products booked on the Turf Bucks program must be invoiced and shipped to the end user by May 31, 2018 to qualify for the selected reward.
• Products booked on the Turf Bucks program and invoiced and shipped prior to February 28, 2018 will automatically double their Turf Bucks reward.  All products booked must be invoiced and shipped by this date to qualify for the double reward.
• All participants who book eligible products on the Turf Bucks program between October 1 and November 30, 2017, and have all booked products invoiced and delivered by March 31, 2018 automatically qualify for the Turf Bucks extension period.  The participant will continue to earn the standard reward amount stated for all additional purchases of qualifying Turf Bucks products during the period of April 1 – July 31, 2018.
• All Turf Bucks submissions are subject to verification by Aquatrols prior to the participant’s Turf Bucks reward being issued.
• Aquatrols reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or change any or all features of the 2018 Turf Bucks Program at any time.
